- Take responsibility for your actions
Unacceptable behavior
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Physical or verbal abuse
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Trolling, insulting comments, or personal attacks
- Publishing others' private information without permission
- Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct during games
- Theft or damage to property
Consequences
Violations of this code of conduct may result in:
- Warning: A verbal or written warning about the behavior
- Temporary ban: Temporary removal from the premises or events
- Permanent ban: Permanent removal from all Card Shop activities
Gaming etiquette
To ensure everyone has a great experience:
- Arrive on time for scheduled events
- Keep your play area clean and organized
- Use appropriate language and volume
- Be a gracious winner and loser
- Help new players learn and feel welcome
- Respect staff decisions and tournament rulings
Shop policies
Power outlet usage
- RM10 per day OR FREE with purchase of any 3 booster packs
- Power outlet usage is strictly per customer
Outside food & drinks
- NOT ALLOWED on the premises
- Exception: RM10 fee per customer for personal food/beverages
No vaping or smoking
Strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises per Malaysian regulations.
